All media should be labeled with publication name, contact person, and return address. CD-R's and floppies will not be returned unless requested.

All files should be the proper page size with 1/8" bleeds, if required. All color should be in the CMYK color space. Menu styles should not be applied to type. Adobe Type 1 and Truetype fonts are recommended. PDF files should be distilled using the joboptions file available from our web/FTP site.
All files should be EPS or TIFF format in the CMYK color space. Type should be converted to outlines. Do not apply compression or create JPEG or DCS files. Raster files should be a minimum effective resolution of 300ppi An EPS file should not be ³nested² in another EPS file. Please furnish a color hardcopy of the highest quality possible.
